Milanese Gremolata Couscous Summer Salad

A tasty and healthy recipe kit with Olive Fusion's Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, toasted couscous, feta cheese, watermelon, mint, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. A healthy meal made simple!

  • Saute couscous in 3 tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil for 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 cups of water and cover, simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and place in a large bowl, let cool.
  • When couscous has cooled, gently stir in watermelon, cucumber, mint, cherry tomatoes and remaining olive oil.
  • Top with feta cheese and serve.
