Try this delicious healthy salmon over a spring mix salad with fresh strawberries and avocado.
I like to top my salad with some more of our Persian Lime Olive Oil and Blackberry Ginger Balsamic.

4 - Tbsp Olive Fusion Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil

2 - Tbsp Olive Fusion Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic

2 - Tbsp Olive Fusion Bristol Bay Seasoning
2 - 6 oz Salmon Fillets

In a small bowl combine ingredients and mix well
Place Salmon on a foil covered cookie sheet skin side down, coat Salmon with mixture. Cover and let rest in fridge for minimum of 1 hour
Preheat oven to 450º. Place Salmon in oven and bake for 12 - 15 minutes until flakey

Try our Persian Lime Olive Oil with our Lavender Dark Balsamic for a delicious salad dressing.
Bristol Bay Salmon Seasoning is great with our Lemon Olive Oil and excellent on fish.
Blackberry Ginger Balsamic pairs well with our Rosemary Olive Oil. It makes a fantastic marinade for chicken.
