1/3 cup Olive Fusion Chipotle Honey
1 Tbsp Organic Roasted minced Garlic

1 tsp Olive Fusion Citrus Ginger Stir Fry Seasoning

1 Tbsp Applewood Chipotle Rub

2 Tbsp Olive Fusion Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 cup Tamari
1 LB medium uncooked Shrimp, peeled & deveined

Preparation
Whisk Honey, Citrus Ginger Stir Fry seasoning, Applewood Chipotle Rub together in a medium bowl. Place shrimp in large ziploc or tupperware. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over the shrimp. Mix well. Allow shrimp to marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes up to 12 hours. Cover and save the remaining 1/2 of marinade in the fridge for later
Heat Garlic Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat . Place shrimp in skillet and discard used marinade. Cook shrimp on one side for 1 minute, turn over. Pour remaining 1/2 of marinade over top and cook for 2-4 minutes more until thoroughly cooked
Serve over cooked rice. Remember to spoon some of the marinade form the pan.
Recipe Note
Top with chopped green onions - optional. The recipe is amazing
Serve over brown rice ( we make ours with coconut milk ) and steamed veggies
