Ingredients

2 Tbsp Olive Fusion Lemon Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Olive Fusion Pacific Northwest Seafood Seasoning

2 Tbsp Olive Fusion Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 lemons thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic minced
4 tbsp plant based Butter
4 6oz Salmon fillets

Line casserole dish with foils
Place salmon fillets skin side down on top of lemon slices ( save 4 slices to top Salmon)
Mix 1 Tbsp Olive Fusion Pacific Seafood Seasoning with 2 Tbsp Olive Fusion Lemon Olive Oil. Brush over Salmon fillets and top with remaining lemon slices. Let rest for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 *
Place Salmon in oven middle rack. Bake for 10 minutes.
Move to top rack on broil for several minutes until fish is lightly browned.
While fish is under broiler add butter, Olive Fusion Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and garlic in a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
Remove fish from oven, remove skin. Plate fillets and pour butter mixture over top

Although recipe is dairy free, butter can be used if desired
