Ingredients

Olive Fusion Organic Butter Olive Oil for spraying

2 tbsp Olive Fusion Moroccan Chicken Spice Rub
1 cup All purpose Gluten Free Flour
2 large eggs - lightly beaten
1 cup Gluten Free Panko Breadcrumbs- our favorite is Ian's
1 to 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced Chicken Breast
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
Put flour, eggs, Gluten Free Panko in individual containers large enough for dipping chicken tenders
Mix 2 tbsp Olive Fusion Moroccan Chicken Spice Rub into Panko
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper completely on both sides. Dredge a tender in flour mix and shake off excess, then dip into eggs and finally coating with Panko bread Crumbs
Place tenders on AirFry rack. Spray both sides with Olive Fusion Organic Butter Olive Oil. Place rack in correct position in AirFryer per instructions for chicken. Set to AirFry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cook until chicken is evenly browned both side ( flipping halfway through ) Internal temperature should be 165 degrees
