Salmon with a Southwest Flair. The Pineapple and Cilantro takes it over the top with flavor!

Ingredients
For the Salmon

2 tbsp Olive Fusion Honey Chipotle Rub
-
1 tbsp Olive Fusion Chipotle Olive Oil
-
1 tbsp Olive Fusion Pure Maple Balsamic
4 6oz. Salmon Filets

1 tbsp Olive Fusion Chipotle Honey
2 cups diced fresh Pineapple
2 tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
For Pineapple Salsa

Directions
Mix Olive Fusion Honey Chipotle Rub, Olive Fusion Chipotle Olive Oil and Olive Fusion Pure Maple Balsamic in a bowl to create a paste.
Place Salmon skin side down on Air Fryer basket. Cover top of filets evenly with the paste. Let rest for 1/2 hour.
Make the Pineapple Salsa by combining all Salsa ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Place basket in Air Fryer. Set temperature to 390 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from Air Fryer. Use spatula to separate fish from skin if needed.
Place on plate and top with salsa.
