Take a trip to Tuscany!
Scallops can be a little intimidating, that is why I love this recipe using the air fryer. Just marinate, wrap and air fry.
The prosciutto wraps so easily around the scallops with the oil and balsamic soaked into them, no toothpicks needed.
Gluten-free and Dairy free, all natural! Taste Healthy!
Ingredients

2 Tbs Olive Fusion's Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic

2 Tbs Olive Fusion's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 Tbs Olive Fusion's Naples Seasoning
4 slices Prosciutto sliced in 1/2 lengthwise
8 large Sea Scallops

Directions
Place scallops in a bowl, place prosciutto in fridge.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour ingredients over scallops, cover, place in fridge for 2 hours
Preheat air fryer to 400F
Remove scallops and prosciutto from fridge. Place on plate and wrap scallops with prosciutto tuck corner under.
Arrange scallops in air fryer basket, cook about 6 min or until done.
