Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in the traditional Solera Method and comes from Modena, Italy.

Refreshing and healthy beverage.

I mix it with sparkling water and it’s absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend!! If your ever in Breck, you must visit Olive Fusion!!!

I use this as a salad dressing throughout the year. Perfect for a salad with sweet potatoes/butternut squash, goat/feta, crasins/dates and toasted walnuts/pecans on any kind of green base.

Perfect pairing

I got the pomegranate dark balsamic to go with the Herb de Provence olive oil. It is so good together on soft French bread. Very happy with a new flavor for dipping. It’s a bit sweet which goes great with the olive oil.

Olive Fusion continues to be a favorite spot whenever I am up in Breck. Their oils and balsamic are unique and dress-up most meals. My family is huge a fan of the Black Cherry Balsamic; we use it on everything from salmon to brussels sprouts!
