I love a wee bit of this vinegar added to a glass of ice water. It makes a very refreshing drink: tangy with a bit of fruity sweetness. It's really good!
We love this balsamic vinegar as we use it with one of our favorite fall salad of pears, spinach, dried cranberries, pecans and shallots! So good!
