Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in the traditional Solera Method and comes from Modena, Italy.

Fantastic!!!!

We recently visited this store and I’m an avid home chef and I have NEVER tasted vinegars like this! Absolutely divine flavor and I can tell the oils are top quality. I got the pomegranate dark balsamic to go with the Herb de Provence olive oil. It is so good together on soft French bread. Very happy with a new flavor for dipping. It’s a bit sweet which goes great with the olive oil.
