This is the only example of this fruit of this fruity and mildly spicy green chili olive oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by combining one pound of organic extra virgin olive oil with 1.6 pounds of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies. The two, and only two, ingredients are then crushed, mixed, in the malaxer fusing the fresh green pepper with the organic olive oil. This olive oil has such a great flavor and while it does heat up the tongue a little it was not unpleasant or unbearably hot.
I love to combine it with the raspberry white balsamic from olive fusion to make a killer salad dressing! We even add some fresh raspberries, feta cheese, red onion, and other salad fixings and it’s just really great! I had to get 2 bottles of the Chile olive oil because we went through it so fast.

This is the best! Use a little for a subtle hint of chili, or a lot to give a good kick!
My favorite uses include light coat of pan and scrambling eggs, just a splash on diced potatoes and a lot when pan frying falafels! If you like spice, you have to try this oil!
