A tea of no worries, no hurries, no fuss. Light in body with a cherry/woodsy character and a very forgiving steeper. Pour it on ice if you wish. Summer teas, if processed correctly, can be very good values. The post-roasting (after the tea is finished drying) smooths out any harsh edges, brings forward the desirable aromas, and gives it the easy-going character.
Contains Black Tea
Use 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 ounce cup of water at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Steep 4 minutes.
