Recommended Use: To add savory flavor to a homemade vegetable soup, add 1 Tbsp. of mix per 2 c. of water or broth. Also makes an excellent low calorie dip for chips or fresh vegetables, just add 1 Tbsp. of Vegetable Soup Mix to 1 c. low fat sour cream or Greek yogurt.
I like to can. I used this spice mix to make a batch of Vegetable Soup. I had some soup left over after filling my canning jars. I served it for supper, to use it up. My wife said it was the BEST Vegetable Soup I had ever made! Nothing different but the spice mix, so you know what mix I will be using from now on!?……
