A great way to make French Fries. Crispy and light without deep frying. A wonderful savory flavor. Who doesn't want a new sauce that's different from Ketchup ( try it with fish too )
Ingredients

1/4 cup Olive Fusion Rosemary Olive Oil
2 Lg. Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch sticks
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1 Tbs. Olive Fusion's Ranch dressing seasoning

1 Tbs. Olive Fusion's Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Dill relish

Directions
Place potatoes in ziplock bag, drizzle olive oil over potatoes and coat well.
Place potatoes in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 400F.
Arrange potatoes in a double layer in fryer basket. Cook, tossing gently every 5 minutes, until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes
Sprinkle with salt and 1 tsp. ranch dressing seasoning.
Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayo, ranch seasoning, balsamic and relish.
